I just had an excellent experience with Hometown Pest Control that did not start out that way. Due to a miscommunication error, I waited at my home for an afternoon for a visit that did not happen. I notified the company and was put in contact with Joshua, manager. Joshua was friendly and helpful and did everything he could do to make the situation right. I ended up as a happy customer and will use this company again in the future.

Technician Justo came today for service of my lawn, trees and shrubs. While he was here, he saw me struggling a bit to carry some patio furniture around to the back of the house, and he offered to help me. How kind of him! I accepted his offer for help, and he refused to accept a "tip". Thank you, Justo!
