Mike, the technician, contacted me by phone before he arrived at my home. He did an exterior service although he offered to spray inside if needed. In addition to spraying, Mike cleaned the cobwebs inside and outside of our screened lanai. After the service, Josh, a Hometown representative, rang our doorbell to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. It was a pleasure to deal with both Mike and Josh. They confirmed our decision to use Hometown for pest control.
